Cancellation Policy
At NakedCat Beauty, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to self-care. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we have the following policies in place:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
* A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Exceptions will be made in cases of contagious illness, family emergency, or work emergency.
* Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% service charge based on the regular menu pricing of the booked service(s).
* If a deposit was taken, it will be held as the service charge.
Rescheduling Limits & Fees
* If you need to reschedule, the new appointment must be booked at least 24 hours before the original appointment start time.
* There is a limit of two reschedules per appointment. After the second reschedule, a 50% rescheduling fee will apply to any additional changes.
* If you fail to show up for a rescheduled appointment, an additional 30% fee will be charged, bringing the total to 80% of the original appointment cost.
Late Arrivals
* Please text or call NakedCat Beauty to let us know you are on your way if you anticipate being late.
* If you are 5 minutes late, NakedCat Beauty will send a text message to confirm your arrival status.
* If you do not respond and arrive over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply.
* If you arrive late but within the 15-minute window, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client. Full service charges will still apply.
No-Show Policy
* If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment and fail to show, an 80% no-show fee will be charged.
* If a deposit was taken, an additional 30% will be charged to equal a total 80% no-show fee.
* If no deposit was taken, the full amount of the service will be charged.
* A 2-hour grace period is allowed after your scheduled appointment time for you to contact us.
* After the grace period, the no-show fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file and is non-refundable.
Payment & Enforcement
* Fees will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the balance must be paid before booking any future appointments.
* Future bookings may be restricted if outstanding fees are not paid.
